Refund Policy

You build, publish and try the invitation live for three days before paying anything.

The principle

Koroty lets you build and preview your invitation free with no time limit, then publish it on a real link free for three days — every feature, no guest limit. Payment comes after that, once you have seen the invitation in your guests’ hands.

For that reason we do not refund a change of mind, or a cancelled or postponed event. The invitation stays yours, and you can change its date and venue whenever you like on the same link.

The free trial

The three days start when you publish, not when you create an account, and we ask for no card to begin. When they end, the link stops showing the invitation to guests and nothing is deleted: your content, photos, RSVPs and wishes all remain, and all of it returns on the same link the moment you pay.

The trial runs once per invitation — unpublishing and republishing does not restart it.

When we do refund

• Duplicate charge: the same invitation was paid for twice — we refund the extra in full.
• A technical fault on our side stopped the invitation from publishing and we could not fix it.
• A payment that was never matched by a publish because of a failure in our system.
• An invitation we took down for a reason of our own.

How to ask

Write to support@koroty.com from the same address you paid with, and include the invitation link and the transaction date. We reply within three working days; the money returns to the original payment method in five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Before you pay

Open the preview on your phone, try the RSVP button, check the date, the time, the venue name and the photos. All of that is free, and it beats any refund policy.

PayPal disputes

If you open a PayPal dispute before contacting us, we will cooperate with PayPal and provide the documents they ask for. Writing to us directly is always faster.
