You build, preview and try your whole invitation on a 48-hour preview link for free before paying anything.

The principle

Koroty lets you build and preview your invitation free with no time limit, then try it on a real preview link that works for 48 hours with every feature, opened by your family on their own phones. Activating comes after that, once you have seen the invitation actually working.

For that reason we do not refund a change of mind, or a cancelled or postponed event. The invitation stays yours, and you can change its date and venue whenever you like on the same link.

The free preview

The preview is free and needs no card: the preview link works with every feature for 48 hours, with a “preview only” mark, then stops showing the invitation to your guests until you activate it. Activating makes the same link permanent with no mark, instantly when you pay by card and once we confirm the transfer for CliQ, USDT, Sham Cash and Syriatel Cash, and nothing is deleted or changed.

When we do refund

• Duplicate charge: the same invitation was paid for twice, we refund the extra in full.
• A technical fault on our side stopped the invitation from activating and we could not fix it.
• A payment that was never matched by an activation because of a failure in our system.
• An invitation we took down for a reason of our own.

How to ask

Write to support@koroty.com from the same address you paid with, and include the invitation link and the transaction date. We reply within three working days; the money returns to the original payment method in five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Payments made by transfer (CliQ, USDT, Sham Cash, Syriatel Cash, Whish Money or Vodafone Cash) are refunded the same way, to the account or wallet they came from, after we confirm it with you.

Before you pay

Open the preview on your phone, try the RSVP button, check the date, the time, the venue name and the photos. All of that is free, and it beats any refund policy.

Payment disputes

If you open a dispute with your bank or with Lemon Squeezy before contacting us, we will cooperate and provide the documents they ask for. Writing to us directly is always faster.
