The code holds your own link directly, so it never expires and never passes through us. Test it with your phone camera before printing.

How to use it

  1. Copy the venue link from Google Maps

Open Google Maps, search for the venue, tap “Share” and then “Copy link”.

  2. Paste it and pick a style

Choose the colour and dot style, and add a short caption if you like.

  3. Download and test it

Download a PNG, or an SVG for print, and scan it with your phone before printing.

Where to put the venue QR code

  • On a printed card: at the bottom next to the venue name, with “Scan to open the map”.
  • On a welcome sign or table card: to point guests to a second hall or the car park.
  • In a message to older relatives: a QR image can be easier than a long link.

Tips before printing

Use a dark colour on a white background, leave a quiet margin around the code, and keep decorations off it. Send the SVG to the printer: it stays sharp at any size. And scan a test print before the full run.

FAQ

Does the code expire?

No. The code holds the venue link itself, with no redirect through any other site, so it works as long as the link works.

Does it work with any link?

Yes, any link starting with https, such as a Google Maps link or your digital invitation link.

How small can I print it?

Keep it at least about 2.5 cm wide on a card, dark on a light background. Always test it with a phone camera before printing the full run.

Do I need one for a digital invitation?

A Koroty digital invitation already has a tap-to-open venue map and its own printable QR code. This tool is handy for a printed card, a welcome sign or any paper that needs the venue location.
